Klipper on an Ender 3 V2. CR Touch, silicone spacers, G10 bed. I thought this was due to my gantry sagging at first so I took it apart and re-leveled X, but the extreme tilt toward one side and range of 1.6mm remains. If I try to use a mesh for a print that takes almost the whole bed area, I can see the Z stepper moving on the first layer but in some areas the first layer is at a perfect height and at others (the front of the bed, currently) it's so low it's digging filament into my bed. What is going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with your Z-axis alignment or your bed leveling. Check to ensure that your Z-axis is perpendicular to your bed and that all components are secure and not loose. Additionally, recalibrate your bed leveling to ensure that it is uniform across the entire bed surface. If the problem persists, consider adjusting your Z-offset in your slicer settings to compensate for variations in first layer height.

Ended up just switching back to bed springs
Good that you could fix it. You compressed the silicone spacers sufficiently?
¯_(ツ)_/¯
