It sounds like you may be experiencing adhesion issues with your first layer. Here are a few tips to troubleshoot and improve your first layer adhesion:

  1. Check your bed leveling: Make sure your print bed is leveled properly. An uneven bed can lead to gaps and adhesion issues.

  2. Adjust nozzle height: Ensure that the nozzle is at the correct distance from the bed. It should be close enough to create a good bond, but not too close that it obstructs the filament flow.

  3. Clean your bed: A dirty print bed can affect adhesion. Wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol to remove any dust or oils.

  4. Try using a brim or raft: Adding a brim or raft to your print can help increase adhesion by providing a larger surface area.

  5. Use a heated bed: If you're not already using one, try heating your print bed. For materials like ABS and PETG, a heated bed can greatly improve adhesion.

  6. Experiment with different bed adhesion methods: If you continue to have issues, consider trying different be...
