I have a Sindoh 3DWOX DP200, and it’s served me well for a while. When I tried to do a software update last night, it wouldn’t show any text for the update. I tried turning it off and on again, and that seemed to fix it at first, but now it’s stuck and not even booting. It turns on and then shows this blank screen and I can’t do anything.

It sounds like your Sindoh 3DWOX DP200 might be experiencing a firmware issue. A blank screen after attempting a software update could indicate a corrupt firmware installation.

You can try to perform a firmware recovery or reach out to Sindoh's customer support for assistance, as they may have specific steps to resolve the issue.

To start the recovery process, you can try the following steps:

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Insert an SD card with the latest firmware update file into the printer.
  3. Hold down the control dial while turning on the printer, which should initiate the firmware recovery process.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact Sindoh support for further assistance.

Please make sure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines and warranty information when attempting any troubleshooting steps.
