#Klipper Install Laptop + Ender Neo max

It appears that you are experiencing issues with connecting your 3D printer to your computer using Unified Remote Access Control and are unsure about the firmware status. To troubleshoot this, I recommend first checking if the firmware is up to date and properly installed on your 3D printer. You can visit the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to do this. Additionally, ensure that the connection settings in URACL are correctly configured. If the issue persists, you may also want to check for any compatibility issues between your 3D printer and the software being used. If you need further assistance, please provide more details about your setup.
I'm gonna assume you put the klipper .bin file into sd card
And plugged it into printer
Yes
Yes
And it blank screened or similar
I tried doing it off then on and on then off
This is what I see
There’s no controls whatsoever th
Tho
It's the same if you use a pi or a laptop
Oh I didn't type it out exactly correct
This is a very detailed overview on how to quickly install Klipper on your Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo. This guide is perfect for beginners that don't want to read through hours worth of documentation or watch videos that might not show everything you need to do in order to get Klipper installed. This guide also works for any Creality printer, as lo...
Just tab to auto complete
Apparently screen can mess with it
Don't know enough about Enders to confirm this
But I don't see how it would
You can just follow the same guide as someone using a pi
Okay
But when I do that command it says there’s no file directory
So what’s up with that?
Screenshot
Do lsusb and take a pic
Looks like it's not even connected
Might be power only cable
I’ll try a different cable
Is a red light blinking while it’s on a good sign?
And do I got to get it out and rename it
Or do I simply just turn it off and disconnect the screen and put the SD card back
I tried a new USB
Maybe it recognizes it?
But the serial command still doesn’t work
I have a feeling it didn't flash correctly
Keep power cycling it a few times
With sd card in
And see if any changes happen
It adds serial converter
Whenever I add the USB
Okk
O yes that's probably it
Although a ch340 is an esp32 chip irrc
Nvm
Some 3dp motherboards use it to
Have you tried doing ls /dev/serial/by-id
Yes
Is that supposed to work w proper flashing and without
Cuz I can’t see anything
It can’t find directory or nothing
@carmine horizon
I disconnected the screen, renamed the bin and put t back in and I still don’t think it properly flashed
Either that or for some reason I can’t access the serial directory
It simply doesn’t exist
for some reason
