guys how do i troubleshoot my extruder
i recently got a anycubic kobra that has a direct drive extruder and the printer was second hand
first i set the power to the wrong switch and it released gases (i saved it) and all of the features work brand new but only my extruder isnt woring
it might be before the power switch incident
how do i know?
i also check the volt or ohm thingi and in 2 set of pins (1,3) i got 2.4 reading and the other 2 set of signal pins (4,6) i got 5.4
wire to the bac of the extruder also transmits the electric current
im not sure about the wires connecting the main direct drive head circuit to the motherboard or the motherboard itself

It sounds like you might have damaged the extruder during the power switch incident. To troubleshoot further, I recommend checking the continuity of the wires between the main direct drive head circuit and the motherboard using a multimeter. Make sure there are no breaks in the wiring that could be causing the issue. Additionally, you may want to inspect the extruder motor and hotend for any visible damage or obstructions.

If you are unsure about checking the motherboard or wiring, it may be best to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for assistance. Continuing to troubleshoot without proper knowledge could potentially cause further damage to your printer.
