Hello! I have a qidi tech x-one, and I cannot remove the filament. I know it is jammed, because it makes a knocking sound and does not extrude, but I can't take out the filament, something is stopping it. I have tried sticking a needle through the extruder from below, but I can't find one thin enough to fit in very far. Any suggestions? Thanks.
#Jammed, but Im not sure what exactly.

Hello! I recommend trying the following steps to unclog the filament:
- Heat the extruder to the temperature suitable for the filament material.
- Try using a larger gauge needle and gently push it through the extruder from the top until you feel resistance.
- Once you've reached the blockage, gently push and pull the needle to try to break up the jam.
- You can also try heating the extruder slightly higher than the filament's printing temperature to soften the blockage.
Hopefully, these steps will help you clear the jam in your Qidi Tech X-One. Good luck!

Additional info: I am using PLA, I have tried heating the extruder to the print temp and beyond with no noticeable effect.

should I just keep trying to break it up with heat? or will that not work?
