Hello everybody. I got this printer 2 days ago. Downloaded ultimaker and a premade project. Uploaded on the printer SD card. Problem is when I start printing the material doesn't come out and the nozzle tears off the masking tape attached to the base by the previous owners. I can see there is materials still inside the little tube and I can't manage to insert new one. I also made some pictures. Hope someone can help me I am totally newby.
