I have an ender 3 V3 SE. And I just got a new build plate only to have my print get ruined by it. I made sure to let it completely cool down before taking it off the build plate. (It finished printing in the morning and I took it off 8 hours later after work) I used a plastic scraper so I didn't ruin the build plate. That didn't work so I used a metal one. Still nothing. I applied little by little more force gradually until I accidentally snapped it in half for the first layer to still be stuck. I turned the build plate on to 100c and I still can't get the first layer off that easily.
#Build plate has too much adhesion.

It sounds like you are dealing with a very stubborn print. Here are a few steps you can try to remove it:
-
Heat the Build Plate: If it is not already heated, try turning the build plate temperature up to around 60-70 degrees Celsius. This can help soften the adhesion between the print and the build plate. You mentioned you tried this already, but it might still be worth another attempt.
-
Use Isopropyl Alcohol: Moisten a paper towel or cloth with isopropyl alcohol (at least 90% concentration) and carefully dab it around the edges of the print. This can help loosen the print from the build plate.
-
Freeze the Build Plate: If the above steps don't work, you can try placing the build plate in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. The sudden temperature change can sometimes cause the print to contract slightly, making it easier to remove.
-
Apply Mechanical Force: If all else fails, you may need to carefully use a combination of a plastic scraper and a heat gun t...

Idk how to get it of
But when you get another one or figure it out you can spray it with hair spray to get less adhesion
I replaced the old build plate because it didn't have enough adhesion 😂
Now I have quite the opposite problem
Lol
😔
Luckily I can just do that top part over again
And wait another 3 and a half hours
Oof
