#Why is my Bed leveling not working correctly?

I have tried about everything and don't know what to do anymore. I hope that somebody can help me in here
I have included a screenshot of my bed visualization which is done with the built in ABL of my anycubic kobra. It says that the variation is 0.15mm over the whole bed. In the other picture you can clearly see that the first layer is really inconsistent and clearly shows that it is not leveled correctly.
I have modified the standoffs of the print bed to be manually leveled and i adjusted the bed to the values i got from the visualization.
I have already flashed the firmware to rule out software problems. I also have M420 S1 in my starting G-Code.
I really hope that somebody can help me, as i don't know what to do anymore.

It sounds like you have taken several troubleshooting steps already. Since you have made manual adjustments to level the bed and flashed the firmware, the issue may still lie in the bed leveling process or possibly another hardware component. Here are a few more suggestions to try:

  1. Double-check your manual bed leveling process to ensure each corner is leveled correctly.
  2. Consider using a physical feeler gauge to ensure the bed leveling is precise.
  3. Check the tightness of all bed screws, belts, and any other moving components to ensure nothing is loose.
  4. Verify that your Z-axis endstops are properly calibrated to ensure accurate homing.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be helpful to reach out to the manufacturer's support for further guidance or consider seeking assistance from a local 3D printing community or technician.

To go into the suggestions from the bot. I have also checked the belts, screws and v-rollers. In these areas everything should be fine
