I am new to 3d printing and saw that orca is a good slicer so i tried cutting up my file into many pieces to fit on a 3d printer but when i cut it up an error for one part of the blade would cause 144 manifold edges and when i tried to click repair it would not do it.Is there a reason its doing this and if so how can i prevent it and also if orca is not the best software for cutting the modles into different parts what is?

It sounds like you are encountering some issues with slicing your model in Orca. The error you are seeing about manifold edges usually means that there are issues with the geometry of the model that need to be fixed before slicing. One common reason for this error is that the model may have intersecting or overlapping geometry.

To prevent this issue, you can try running a repair tool on your model to ensure it is watertight and has no issues with the geometry. Tools like Meshmixer or Netfabb can help in repairing models before slicing.

As for software recommendations for cutting models into different parts, besides Orca, popular options include PrusaSlicer, Cura, and Simplify3D. These slicers usually have features for cutting up models and arranging them to fit on the print bed.

If you are still having trouble, feel free to share more details about your model or the slicing process, and I can try to provide more specific help.
