I am working on this prop print and the two pieces that are suppose to be touching have a huge gap where the print messed up as. Does anybody know a good way to fill large gaps that I can sand down?

You can use a filler material like an epoxy resin or Bondo to fill in the gap. Allow it to cure fully, then sand it down to create a smooth surface. Just be sure to wear appropriate safety gear and work in a well-ventilated area when using these products.

You have a recommendation for a type of bonds because the stuff I’m using now seems like it would be a lot to fill that

but to do filing over huge gap you want to out down tape first then use a thicker large hole wood filler
