#Is it worth tuning my printer

Yes, it can be worth tuning your Flashforge A5M to improve print quality, reliability, and speed. This can involve calibrating the bed, checking belt tension, adjusting temperature settings, and ensuring proper filament feeding. Ultimately, tuning your printer can lead to better printing results.
im using flashprint slicer i want to learn how to use orca
Also is it worth making a dragchain for my printer our of PETG
It would be this one
I suggest switch to cura just due to it’s support, and just add the extension to export to .x3g file
?
how would one tune a printer?
Print bench marks and look for imperfections
could i push my printer past the rated speed
Yes, but I wouldn’t without doing farther research.
if it already does 600m/s with 20000 m^2/s is it even worth it or would it be marginal at best gains
Calibration
Calibration and tuning can help with all aspects of print quality.
Extruder calibration should be done only once, and then again if you change any hardware on your extruder setup (new tube, gear drive, different motor, etc).
Flow calculation should be done for every filament, even different colours from the same brand.
A number of calibration and tuning guides exist online:
Just don't do stuff that already works
