It sounds like you may have a clogged nozzle. It's common for filament to get stuck in the nozzle and cause blockages. You can try cleaning the nozzle using a nozzle cleaning needle or a cold pull method to remove any blockages. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the nozzle. Check the extruder gear as well to make sure it's not clogged or worn out. If the problem persists, it's best to seek further assistance or consider replacing the entire extruder assembly.
I would honestly say try to replace your nozzle, when you do that it usually knocks out that filament, thats my experience tho
Post a picture and remove the sock
Clearing a jam in the nozzle can be an easy fix. Using nylon filament and a few minutes of your time, you can clear the debris within your nozzle that causes inconsistent extrusions and failed prints!

My ender 3 v2 came with a couple spare nozzles, so I don't really have a recommendation
I got the same one, got it second hand with a bunch of upgrades
I'll just replace a nozzle, found one
Looks not to bad, at least no leak
i took off the nozzle and there might be filament on the inside? idk
let me take a pic
is that filament on the inside? I was using red filament before it clogged
Is your bowden tube red?
