as you can see at the foto i just did a Z-wobble test with my printer. as turned out there is not really a z-wobble, but i end up with a lot of these cracks in the print.
i searched on google, but could't really find a good solution to fox this.
is it a problem with the nozzle? or is it something with the z-axis?

i am printing with:

  • Wanhao duplicator i3 plus printer
  • Pla
    210 degrees
    50 degree heated bed
    0.2 mm layer heigth
    50 mm/s

I hope someone can help me to fix this, and help me to make beautifull prints

It appears that these cracks in your print may be caused by over-extrusion, which can lead to excess plastic being laid down, creating bulges and deformations in the print. You may want to try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Calibrate your extruder: Check if your extruder is properly calibrated to ensure that it is feeding the correct amount of filament. You can do this by measuring the amount of filament actually coming out of the nozzle against what the printer software expects.

  2. Check filament diameter: Make sure that your slicer settings match the actual diameter of your filament. Using an incorrect filament diameter setting can lead to over-extrusion.

  3. Adjust flow rate: Try adjusting the flow rate in your slicer settings to reduce the amount of plastic being extruded. This can help prevent over-extrusion and the resulting issues in your print.

  4. Check for clogs: Make sure that your nozzle is not clogged, as this can also lead to excess pla...
