Ive bought these magazine lighter holders and there is a large flaw thats bothering me. I tried contacting the seller with no response. Dont know much about the 3d printing world but i do know that the 'Z Seam' is highlighted in white so this is not it. Not only that but this is much wider and deeper than the Z seam.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with your 3D printed item, specifically related to a large seam or gap that is not the typical Z seam. This could be caused by several factors such as poor bed adhesion, incorrect print settings, or a problem with the 3D model itself. One possible solution is to try adjusting your print settings, such as increasing the infill density or adjusting the layer height. If the issue persists, you may need to optimize the 3D model or consider printing the item with different orientations. If you have access to the 3D printer settings, you can also try calibrating the extruder and checking the bed leveling to ensure optimal print quality.

this seems to be caused by the wall of the model being less than two line widths.
I can think of 3 ways to fix this:

  1. Make the wall wider in the model
  2. Print with a smaller line width
  3. Tune your settings to make partial width lines less visible
