Is it normal for the temp tower to get better results as the temperature decreases?

If so, I’ve heard higher temperature (~220) is better for faster prints. Is there a trade off between speed and bridging capabilities?

200 and below I stopped seeing dips in the bridge. Is that too low?

Yes, it is normal for temperature towers to sometimes show better results at lower temperatures, as there is an optimal temperature range for each filament type.

Regarding the trade-off between speed and bridging capabilities, higher temperatures can indeed help with faster prints, but they can also impact bridging performance. Higher temperatures can make the filament more fluid, reducing its ability to bridge gaps effectively. It's a balancing act, and you may need to experiment to find the best compromise for your specific print.
