So I've got this sort of spider thingy which is a test for my 28mm miniatures and dungeon tiles so it's quite small
I'm trying to make my prints FDM and Resin compatible but I'm having difficulties with removing supports when using FDM printer, they're very hard to remove and it's very easy for legs to be broken durning process
I've tried to print it in this position and upside down with organic supports in prusa slicer
Any tips on how to make these supports easier to remove?

To make supports easier to remove on your FDM prints, you can adjust the support settings in your slicing software. Here are some tips:

  1. Increase the support density: A higher density will provide more contact points, making the supports easier to remove.
  2. Use a support interface: Adding a thin layer between the model and the supports can help with the removal process.
  3. Adjust the support angle and pattern: Experiment with different support angles and patterns to find the one that works best for your spider model.
  4. Use tree supports: Tree supports are lighter and easier to remove compared to traditional supports.
  5. Consider using water-soluble supports: If your FDM printer supports it, using water-soluble supports can make removal much easier.
By fine-tuning these settings, you should be able to achieve better support removal and reduce the risk of damaging the delicate legs of your spider model.
