When printing the first problem I noticed a couple days ago was my filament was getting stuck and cut up sorta. But I learned I had to lossen the spring a little bit . But the second problem k was having was my prints are having super bad quality, lifting up on first couple of layers. And just downright not good . I feel like I’ve tried just about everything and just just can’t seem to figure out the problem. I have a ender 3, I just changed out my build plate, nozzle, filament , changed settings in Cura, and even tried drying my filament but nothing seems to work .

It sounds like you have already tried many troubleshooting steps, so I commend your efforts. Since you've already changed the build plate, nozzle, filament, and adjusted settings, one other thing to check is the bed leveling. Make sure your bed is leveled properly to avoid issues with the first layers sticking properly. Additionally, try adjusting your printing temperature and bed temperature slightly to see if that improves the adhesion of the first layers. Lastly, ensure that your filament is loaded correctly and flowing smoothly to prevent any issues with the print quality. If all else fails, it might be worth checking with the manufacturer or online forums for further assistance tailored to your specific printer model.

I have re-leveled my bed multiple times, tried out different temps and am currently using 70 C on my build plate and 240 C for my printing temperature and it looks to me like everything is loaded good and flowing
