No problem! How can I assist you today with 3D printing or troubleshooting?
same thing happened to a heart crystal i tried to print, it happens on the curved area as well
how does this work
You get any sort of model error popups? I think this is a model issue not tree supports issue
Ai tries to help based off the first message, not the title so it got confused, you can try with ?ai in #bot-commands
nope
Try running it through a repair toll anyway https://www.formware.co/onlinestlrepair
worked
kinda
Is the inside of the hollow? Where did you get it from, could be not designed for printing
yup
Try turning on fill all holes or something like that, might be hidden in the experimental settings
Might save it, could do nothing since model errors
nope
Im guessing that someone ripped the files from somewhere and uploaded them without any testing
that someone was me
it worked for like
39 difrent static meshes
Impressive it worked that well for that long
all of them were hallow if that changes anything
maby its cuz of the nothing in the hole in the center
I think there is just too much detail and the model is too thin near some of the parts for it to register correctly
Supports should fix that, not go throught the model
actualy nvm its not cuz of that
this one model also did it and it was a hallow pyramid
imma try to anoying cubic ones
its slightly worse
Maybe try prioritizing z instead of xy in cura?
