#block resin stuck on fep

If the large rectangle of resin was solidified and pulled off the FEP, it's likely that there won't be any damage to the FEP sheet itself. You can inspect the FEP sheet for any visible damage or scratches. If it appears to be in good condition, you should be able to continue using it.
As for the resin that was emptied out and is now in a container, as long as it has not been exposed to light or air, it should still be usable. Just make sure to filter it back into the original resin bottle before using it again to remove any debris or solidified bits.
If you have any concerns about the quality of the resin or the FEP sheet, it's always a good idea to replace them to ensure smooth printing operations.
