Issues with flow rate. Calibration cube said over extrusion, but when applying new flow settings to this, it showed underextrusion. When I turned it back up, it showed this, which I believe is overextrusion. I have already calibrated my e-steps and dried my filament along with double checking its diameter.. Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention: I use creality ender 3 s1, with standard Silk PLA. I print at normal speed, and installed a new nozzle only a month ago, and it still looks very clean. My other prints turn out just fine aside from this one. Flow Rate is the only changing variable.

It sounds like you have already taken some important troubleshooting steps. Since your other prints are turning out fine and the nozzle is relatively new and clean, the issue may indeed be related to the flow rate settings.

Here are a few additional suggestions to try:

  1. Make sure the filament diameter setting in your slicer software matches the actual diameter of your filament.
  2. Check for any partial clogs in the nozzle or extruder that could be affecting the flow of the filament.
  3. Consider adjusting the temperature slightly and observing the impact on the print quality.
  4. Verify that the filament is properly loaded and feeding smoothly during the print.

If the issue persists, you may want to try printing a different model or running a different test print to see if the problem is specific to that particular model or settings. If the problem continues, it could be worth reaching out to Creality or your filament manufacturer for further assistance.

I hope these suggestions ...
