My sv06 SUDDENLY stopped to consider a correct mesh when printing
-when printing i see Z axis screws compensate
-before this i had a very good First layer all over the bed and no problems when printing (almost a year of printing)
-tried to do (from LCD and from octoprint) and save (saved only by LCD, never tried with gcode) mesh several times (the bed values has been Always the same, never changed)
-tried to flash Marlin from sovol website (i had Hillsoftware before)
-bed has a gap of 0.6mm from left to right but it wasn't a problem
-M48 give 0.0013mm, so sensor works
-bed bolts are tight
-bed sensor is tight
-M402 S1 is in the gcode and Is After G28

Before i try other solutions like manual leveling, what can be happened to printer to behave like this?
thank you

AI Help

It sounds like you have already done some troubleshooting steps. One possibility could be that the mesh data stored in the printer's memory has become corrupted. You may want to try clearing out the mesh data completely and then running the auto bed leveling process again to create a new mesh.

To clear the mesh data, you can send the command M420 S1 to enable bed leveling and then follow it up with a G28 to home the printer. After that, send the command M420 S0 to disable bed leveling and then M500 to save the changes to memory. Finally, run the G29 command to run the bed leveling process again and see if that resolves the issue.

If this does not work, you may want to check for any loose connections or damaged components that could be affecting the bed leveling process, such as the bed sensor or wiring. It's also a good idea to check for any firmware updates or settings that could be causing the issue.

If none of these steps help, it may be worth reaching out to the manufacturer ...
