Hi, my Artillery Hornet printer has an issue with the Z axis where the signal provided from the printer can't spin the motor correctly. This first happened some time ago, I found the motor to be seized so I buyed a new one and the problem was solved. Now the same issue is back but the motor works perfectly, I also connected it to other axis and it spins well, while I connected the Z axis cable to another motor and the issue was the same. Also I noticed that before inputting a signal the motor spins smoothly, but after an input is added it spins roughly (by spins I mean rotating it by hand) until the cable is disconnected or the printer is off. In the video you can see the stong vibration caused by this, and my only explanation is that something might be wrong with the motherboard. The cable is ok and the motor is ok, I really don't know how to solve it, please I need some help.

It sounds like the issue you are experiencing with the Z-axis motor on your Artillery Hornet printer could be related to the motherboard. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the Z-axis motor connection on the motherboard to ensure it is securely plugged in.
  2. Verify that there are no loose connections or damaged wires in the Z-axis motor cable.
  3. Check the voltage output of the Z-axis motor connection on the motherboard to ensure it is within the correct range.
  4. Consider updating the firmware on your printer to see if that resolves the issue.

If after trying these steps the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact Artillery's technical support for further assistance or consider getting a replacement motherboard.
