I've been trying to figure out how to connect my printer to any of the two softwares above but my printer hasnt been able to connect to my pc. Ive tried different cables, different pc,laptop, and i even was given a new motherboard but still having the same problem. Any ideas what i should do? I tried connecting the usb vable using a voltage blocker as well.

serial drivers? i contacted sovol and they sent me a file for CH340 driver

am i supposed to install it with the printer connected? i click on install and uninstall but it says it couldnt be found when i click uninstall

i know im able to connect it because i was able to use octoprint one time but then when i try loggin in i dont remeber needing to use a password

i tried the default password and nothign still so not sure if thats the reason why i cant connect anymore

From memory octoprint wont need a password, are you trying to ssh into something?

oh i dont think so i just want to see the mesh from my printer and see how to get it almost perfectly level i recently got silcon thing for it
