#First layer missing some seemingly random lines

Fokoos Odin 3, Fokoos slicer, but the lines are there in the slicer preview.
First time using JAYO PLA+, never had issues with JAYO, unclogged before starting the print.
Printing temp 220°, bed temp 80° (first tried with 70 but the first layer circle walls for the holes weren't sticking)
