can some one help me with my issues.pleaseplease

Things i have done to try fix this issues

It sounds like you're dealing with a couple of common issues in 3D printing. Let's tackle them one by one:

  1. Nozzle hitting the print: This could be due to the bed not being level or the initial layer height being too low. Try re-leveling your bed, making sure the nozzle sits at the correct height from the bed. You can also adjust the initial layer height in your slicer settings.

  2. Layer shifting: This could be caused by loose belts, a misaligned gantry, or a slipping motor. Check that all belts are tight and properly tensioned, ensure that the gantry is square and not skewed, and make sure the motor pulleys are secure.

Feel free to provide more details if the issues persist after these steps, and we can troubleshoot further!

For the nozzle rubbing the prints (or hitting as you say), calibrate the flow (extrusion multiplier parameter in PrusaSlicer) and see if it helps. Sounds like it over extrudes.

Regarding layer shifting, there could be numerous reasons. Could be it is caused by the previous issue. If not then tune the motors (set proper current, reduce acceleration, reduce speed).
