#ender 5 just wont print

so, my ender 5 pro is struggeling to print. i have tried to unclog the nozzle, change fillament, level bed and clean the bed. however the bed has some "weak" spots. where i have accedentaly trimmed of PEI from my printer after bad bed leveling. i have orders from pepole in my town to print things out, but it hurts me to say that my printer isn't working. please help. (have a nice day)

I could not send The vid because it was to lagre. I had just washed with warm water and dish slap. And just re-leveled The bed. But it is a bit trimmes just there. And i checked on Another corner where it isnt trimmed. Same problem. Perfectly bed leveled

i mean, it kinda trimmed the bed when i leveled it wrong once. so it might just be that. but when the A1 comes out (again) in may, il buy that. cause my job pays really well

If it trimmed the bed that means ur z offset was too low that the nozzle started scratching in the bed
