Has been plaguing the printer since I built it, and it's a real shame because I'm extremely happy with the quality otherwise.

Pic of artifacts:
(Ignore stringing, I turned off retraction to eliminate it as a variable)

AI Help

It appears that you are experiencing some artifacts in your prints. To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to check the following:

  1. Check the belt tension: Ensure that the belts are properly tensioned to prevent any artifacts caused by loose belts.
  2. Review the print settings: Make sure that the print speed, temperature, and layer height are set correctly for your filament and printer.
  3. Inspect the nozzle: Check for any clogs or debris that may be affecting the print quality.
  4. Calibrate the extruder: Verify that the extruder is calibrated properly to ensure consistent extrusion.
  5. Update firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date to take advantage of any bug fixes or improvements.

I hope these suggestions help you pinpoint and resolve the issue. Let me know if you need further assistance!
