Hi I'm relatively new to 3d printing and I have an Ender 3, but it's been having these strange problems that you can see in the photo, does anyone know what the problem could possibly be?

kinda hard to tell but you might be under extruding, I would recommend checking your hotend for clogs then calibrating e eteps
