X/Y axis X-Max 3 motor

Hello, do someone know the model of the x/y axis motors on the Qidi X-Max3 ? Mine is broken and out of warranty... The constructor ask 30$ of delivery fees so I wish to find another way to get a motor.
I have these references for the motor :

At the bottom of the motor I can read this "STEPPING MOTOR BJ42D29-28V07" but I find nothing about this.
In a review I found the motor is a Nema17 type 42-48 high-speed

I understand nothing about these, I only know how to set the settings 😅 , not the hardware.

Could you help me to find a model of motor that can suit to my printer (and if possible available in EU) please?
