Hello, I have a BIQU B1 printer running klipper, and using an SKR1.4 for the board.

I have tried changing the thermistors, as well trying different thermistor pins (0.23, 0.24, and 0.25) but all three have the same issue with multiple different thermistors. I am getting

I am getting ADC out of range as the error

Setting the max temp on the heater bed up to 200, I can bypass the error and show that the temp readings stay consistently at around 180c

It seems like you're facing an issue with your temperature readings on your BIQU B1 printer. The "ADC out of range" error typically indicates a problem with the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) on your SKR1.4 board.

To troubleshoot this issue, here are some steps you can follow:

  1. Make sure that the thermistor wires are properly connected to the correct pins on the SKR1.4 board. Double-check the wiring and ensure there are no loose connections.

  2. Verify that the thermistors you are using are compatible with your printer and the SKR1.4 board. Check the specifications of the thermistors and compare them with the recommended values provided by BIQU or the klipper firmware documentation.

  3. Check the Klipper firmware configuration file (usually named "printer.cfg" or similar) and ensure that the temperature sensor settings are correctly defined for your thermistors. Verify that the pin assignments and sensor types are accurately specified.

  4. If the problem persists, try using a...

Yes it is!

stock extruder seems to use an NTC100k, or at least that's what's for sale as a replacement from them

#

but, you have it set for a different one currently.

#

past that, I'm not familiar with klipper, so I don't know where the thermistor definition should go.

Hmm interesting.. ive just tried using a thermistor where I know what the value is to test that, but it still doesn't work :/

#

Ive tried 2 types of thermistors as well

as in, it still reports high, wired correctly and set correctly (for sure)? might be an issue with the board then.

Yeah for sure, pin out correct and just plugging the thermistor in
