#Still stringing after calibrating

Hello everyone, I have the problem with my Tina2s that the prints always have strings. I have therefore printed the turrets for temperature, retraction speed and retraction distance and adjusted the parameters accordingly, but as you can see the stringing persists. Does anyone have any ideas?

PLA, 200°C, retraction distance 7mm, retractionspeed 25, bedtemperature 60°C

Hello!

If you're experiencing stringing with your Tina2s printer, there are a few possible solutions you can try:

  1. Check for filament residue: Make sure there isn't any leftover melted filament on the nozzle or hotend. Clean it if needed.

  2. Retraction settings: Your current retraction distance of 7mm should generally be sufficient, but you could try increasing the retraction speed to around 40-50 mm/s to see if that helps.

  3. Temperature adjustments: While PLA usually prints well at 200°C, you can experiment with slightly lowering the temperature to 190-195°C to see if that reduces stringing.

  4. Print speed: Slowing down the print speed can help reduce stringing. Try reducing it to around 40-50 mm/s.

  5. Cooling fan: Ensure that your cooling fan is enabled and working properly. Cooling the printed object while it's being printed can prevent stringing.

Remember to test one parameter adjustment at a time to observe the effect it has on reducing stringing.
