Is there an obvious reason why my nozzle seems to be dragging in my prints on the top layer? On the temp tower it only looks like it happened at the end of a layer before moving to the next (left corner closest to camera). I’m on an sv06, my first printer and I’ve only had it for a couple days.

There could be a few reasons why your nozzle is dragging on the top layer of your prints. Here are a few troubleshooting tips:
-
First, check your bed leveling and make sure it is properly calibrated. If the bed is not leveled correctly, it can cause the nozzle to come too close to the print surface, resulting in dragging.
-
Ensure that your print bed is clean and free from any residue or debris. Any small imperfections on the print surface can cause the nozzle to catch and drag.
-
Double-check your slicer settings, especially the layer height and initial layer settings. If the layer height is too low, the nozzle may press too hard into the top layer, causing dragging.
-
Check that the cooling fan is functioning properly and blowing air onto the print. Insufficient cooling can lead to the print not solidifying properly, causing the nozzle to drag.
-
If the issue persists, you may need to adjust your retraction settings. Retraction helps prevent filament oozing during trave...
