I am having a problem with CR Touch blinking red. It was working just fine just before I installed a new hotend and had to disassemble parts of the printer including disconnecting the CR Touch. Now after the printer starts, the CR touch tunrs on, the pin drops down, retracts up then starts blinking red. Checking Klipper I have noticed the message "failed to verify bltouch probe is raised". I disconnected the cable at both sides (board and touch) and connected them again but no change. I have also used another cable with no change. I have checked the pins at both the board and touch, both seem fine with no visible damages. I made no changes to the configuration file before the problem started so it shouldn't be a software issue. I used klipper to do a debug reset which removed the blinking red. I gave it a command to drop the pin down and it worked fine without any issues. But when I gave the command to retract it up, the pin goes up then the light blinks red again. Also, I dropped the pin and tried to simulate the pin being pushed using my finger nail (as klipper documentation recommends) but the query returns open while it should show triggered. I don't know what else I can do short of buying a new one. I would appreciate any help with this.

It sounds like you have done a thorough troubleshooting process already. Here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Ensure that the wiring is properly connected to both the CR Touch and the control board. Double-check the pinout and make sure there are no loose connections.
- Check the CR Touch's firmware version. If it's not up to date, consider updating it to see if that resolves the issue.
- Try swapping the CR Touch with a known working one if you have access to another unit. This will help determine if the issue is with the CR Touch itself or another component of the printer.
- Test the probe on a different printer (if possible). This will help determine if the issue is specific to the printer or if it is related to the CR Touch.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to replace the CR Touch. Generally, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or seek assistance from their support team in such cases.

I still need help
so you got to the debug command
but under there there is a bit of information as well
However, the BL-Touch may also not be able to calibrate itself anymore. This happens if the screw on its top is in the wrong position or the magnetic core inside the probe pin has moved. If it has moved up so that it sticks to the screw, it may not be able to lower its pin anymore. With this behavior you need to open the screw and use a ball-point pen to push it gently back into place. Re-Insert the pin into the BL-Touch so that it falls into the extracted position. Carefully readjust the headless screw into place. You need to find the right position so it is able to lower and raise the pin and the red light turns on and of. Use the reset, pin_up and pin_down commands to achieve this.
hope this helps
I have tried to move the pin but it doesn't seem to change it's position. Here is a video when i first turn the printer on you can see the pin goes down then up without any issues.
here is another video where I do the reset, then pin down, then pin up. Everything seems fine until I do the pin up command. If I reset again everything works until the pin goes up.
I have checked all cable connectors at the cr touch and board and they look fine and solid. very aligned with each other and don't move at all. I have changed the cable without any luck either.

I fixed the issue. It turns out the board inside the cr touch has moved from its place causing the sensors around the pin not to be centered when the pin is moving up. The pin itself didn't need any fixing. After fixing the board and aligning the sensors the cr touch works without issues. Not after losing one of the latches holding the cover in the process. I guess the board moved when I tried to connect the cable to the cr touch causing the issue.
