Prusa i3 Mk3S with Zorbiter 2.0 extruder and DragonHF Hotend, running Klipper, slicing with latest PrusaSlicer, printing PLA 0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height... having issues printing this battery holder part... Pictures are of both sides of the first layer (I removed it while it was hot, thus the obvious warpage) -- but my issue with when the hot end bridges the wider spans... you can see it's like it is over extruding there and when it goes back to the narrower span for extruding it looks normal. Suggestions?

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are experiencing over-extrusion and warping issues with your battery holder print. Here are some suggestions to help you troubleshoot and resolve these issues:
-
Check your print temperature: Make sure that your filament is being printed at the recommended temperature for PLA. Adjusting the temperature slightly can help alleviate over-extrusion issues. Experiment with lowering the temperature in small increments.
-
Recheck your filament diameter: Ensure that the filament diameter is correctly configured in both Klipper and PrusaSlicer settings. Using an incorrect filament diameter setting can lead to over-extrusion.
-
Calibrate your extruder steps/mm: Accurate extruder calibration is crucial to prevent over-extrusion. Follow a calibration guide specific to your printer model and update the steps/mm value in your firmware accordingly.
-
Check your retraction settings: Proper retraction settings can help minimize stringing...
