Does this shaft look bent to u? I've been getting z banding which I think is either caused by z binding or z wobble. I know this because across 7 prints, all the impertections was at the exact place, reloaded g codes, settings and etc.

Please help me fix this, I cleaned the z rod, tigntened the coupler, I'm getting a rubber one, tightened everything, the z nut I cant tighten or loosen because I'm on kobra 2 neo and the thing is plastic with no screws to tighten. I'm going to do a pid calibration, and I'm drying my filament, please help guys

Based on your description, it is possible that the issue you are experiencing with z banding could be caused by either z binding or z wobble. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check if the z-axis rod is straight: visually inspect the shaft for any noticeable bends or wobbles. If you suspect it to be bent, it may require replacement.

  2. Lubrication: Ensure that the z-axis rod is adequately lubricated with grease or oil to reduce friction.

  3. Check the z-axis motor and coupler: Make sure that the motor and the coupler connecting the motor to the z-axis rod are securely tightened and in good condition.

  4. Check the z-axis lead screw/nut: Examine the z-axis lead screw and nut for any signs of damage or wear. If they are worn out, consider replacing them.

  5. PID Calibration: Performing a PID calibration can help optimize the temperature control of your printer. Follow the instructions provided by your printer manufacturer on how to perform this calibration.
