I've printed some repair parts I designed on the P1S and tweeking the settings to get rid of some issues. But still after slowing down the printer movement, the next item printed started having overhang issues and flex/bounce back above the current build level. Currently running a benchy to see if going back to more defaults works.

My designed part test 1 and test 2 in the first picture and the failed print on the 2nd.

It's great that you're troubleshooting your 3D printing issues! From your description, it seems like you've made progress by slowing down the printer movement. However, you're still facing overhang issues and flex/bounce back above the current build level.

To address these problems, here are some suggestions:

  1. Enable cooling: Overhangs often benefit from a cooling fan. Ensure that your printer has adequate cooling, and if possible, direct the cooling airflow towards the printed part.

  2. Adjust temperature: Experiment with different temperatures for your filament. Lowering the temperature can sometimes help with overhang issues, while increasing it can reduce flex/bounce back.

  3. Increase support structures: If overhangs are still problematic, consider adding support structures in your design or by using the support generation feature in the slicer software.

  4. Use a different print orientation: Try rotating your design to find a better orientation that minimizes overhangs and...
