As is visible in the attached images, the layers are very inconsistent, do not fully hold together and look very bad in general. The printer is a ender 3 Pro driven by the latest octoprint version, layer height is 0.12mm. For the temps I already tried nozzle 200-220 (the PLA filament I use says 190-220C on the spool), bed is 65C. Does anyone know what could cause this. Model is sliced in cura btw. I am not new to printing but I just never had that issue before

Based on the information provided, inconsistent layers and poor adhesion could be caused by several factors. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. Ensure proper bed leveling: Make sure the bed is leveled correctly to ensure uniform first layer adhesion. Use the paper or feeler gauge method to level the bed.

  2. Check nozzle tightness: Ensure that the nozzle is securely tightened to prevent any leaks or inconsistent filament flow.

  3. Filament quality: Sometimes poor quality or old filament can cause printing issues. Make sure you're using fresh, high-quality PLA filament and store it properly to avoid moisture absorption.

  4. Extrusion issues: Check the extruder assembly for any clogs or obstructions. Clean out the nozzle and ensure smooth filament flow. Also, verify that the filament diameter is set correctly in your slicer settings.

  5. Adjust print speed and temperature: Experiment with different print speeds and temperatures to find the optimal settings for your print...
