PLA Printing like foam. X1C

I've encountered an odd problem that I haven't seen before. This PLA printed like a soft piece of foam. The first few layers printed correctly, but everything after that is a soft and airy foam.

Printer is Bambu X1C. Fialment is Inland White PLA+. I dried the filament before using it. The object is a stand for something. Printer settings are in the pictures.

I am using the .2 mm nozzle. Perhaps that's part of the problem?

Its my first time seeing this as a bambu x1 carbon user.

First of all I don't get how you got that result

but I think its the nozzle temperature/cooling fan

and also

it looks like layers aren't precise with other's so make sure the layer height is apporpriate

Try with 0.1 mm or lower for layer.. If you haven't tried yet.

Defualt is to have 'no cooling for the first 1 layers', it's set to that now. if it fails again Ill change it to 0

You are underextruding by a lot. Maybe the small 0.2 mm nozzle is partially clogged. Try a coldpull if the x1c allows that
