Its slightly different temperatures due to the difference in line length. Notice the slight differences between the different lines in the print.

The lines have different amounts of time to cool before the nozzle lays down the next line and heats it up again.

You can remedy that with a different top surface, ironing or you turn the cooling fan off for the last layer (not recommend for pla)
