I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your 3D printer. It can be frustrating when a print doesn't turn out as expected. Let's try to troubleshoot the problem:
-
Check the nozzle: Make sure the nozzle is clean and free from any clogs or debris. You can use a small wire or needle to carefully clean it.
-
Bed leveling: Ensure that the bed is properly leveled. Improper bed leveling can cause adhesion issues, leading to failed prints. Follow your printer's manual for specific instructions on how to level the bed.
-
Filament quality: Verify that the filament you're using is not damaged or tangled. Even a small knot or kink in the filament can cause printing issues. Try using a different spool of filament to see if the problem persists.
-
Temperature settings: Double-check that the hot end and bed temperatures are set correctly for the type of filament you're using. Incorrect temperature settings can lead to poor adhesion or under/overheating of the filament.

ANYCUBIC MEGA PRO FDM 3D Printer
I printed PLA at .1 mm resolution with temp at 210 and bed at 55 and speed of 50 mm/s.
Before this I printed a large prop overnight and no problems to it.
