Recently I Installed a new sprite extruder pro kit on my creality ender 3. Changed E-steps (it was written in instructions), but every time I start a new print it changes E-steps back. I think it is a slicer issue (Ultimaker Cura), but I couldn't find how to change E-steps in a slicer.

It is unlikely that the slicer software has control over the E-steps setting, as this is typically managed by the firmware on your printer. The E-steps setting determines how much filament is extruded with each step of the extruder motor.

To properly change the E-steps on your Creality Ender 3, you should follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that your printer is connected to your computer via USB or through an SD card.

  2. Use a program like Pronterface or OctoPrint to connect to your printer.

  3. Send the following command to your printer to change the E-steps value:
    M92 E[desired E-steps value]

For example, if you want to set the E-steps to 95, you would send the command:
    M92 E95

  4. After sending the command, you can confirm that the E-steps value has been updated by sending the following command:
    M503

This command will display the current settings of your printer, including the new E-steps value.

  5. Save the new E-steps value to the printer's firmware memory using ...

Check the start gcode in cura, but there shouldn't be anything changing esteps really.
You sure you've saved those edited esteps correctly?

But there's no options in cura to change esteps, it's not a slicers job anyway.
Slice a file, swve it and search for M92 command https://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M092.html

#

If it's not there then, well, then it's not changing anything. Describe step by step what you do to change esteps.

Post your start gcode also

How did you confirm the change of esteps?

Did you save the eeprom after entering the new values?

It's the writeable data storage of your printer. Create a bed mesh? Gets saved in eeprom. Entering new step/mm value? Save it in eeprom so it's not gone the next time you power the printer off.
