I can't get anything to really print at all on my Ender 5 S1. I can't play with movement speed, bed temp, or extruder temp because if I use preheating (only way to set temps) I just get trapped into a reboot loop, and changing movement speeds has had no effects. Currently is printing at 200c extruder, 50c bed.
Essentially, I don't know if it's that the PLA is getting dragged or it just isn't cooling/adhering to the bed, but nothing really sticks. Once the extruder moves, it takes everything with it. It isn't just stringy, it literally outputs a mess of string. This happens with both the test filament and with Inland PLA I picked up recently.
Can send pictures/video if helpful, don't particularly want to waste more PLA but will do if necessary. Have already tried leveling, changing z-offset, etc. This printer is new, haven't done a successful print on it before. Will not respond to attempts to upgrade firmware, lots of stuff is finicky.
Thanks in advance for the assistance.
