i been printing parts non stop on my tronxy Crux 1 for the past couple of days and out of nowhere I started getting these small layer shifts. I have tried slowing print speeds, tightening belts, getting a new sd card, but nothing has helped. i did a inspection of the printer and nothing has any play in it or is broken. i am somewhat experienced with 3D printers but i am stumped right now! Printed with PLA at 200 and 50c speeds of around 55mm/s. Thanks for your help!

AI Help
It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting, which is great. Layer shifts can be caused by a few different issues. Here are a few more things you can check:
- Make sure your X, Y, and Z-axis are well lubricated and move smoothly.
- Check that the stepper motor belts are tensioned properly. Loose belts can cause shifts.
- Inspect the pulleys on the stepper motors. If they're loose or slipping, it can cause layer shifts.
- Ensure that the bed is securely attached and level, as an unsecured or uneven bed can lead to shifts.
- Check the condition of the stepper motor drivers on your printer's control board. Faulty drivers can cause skipped steps.
If none of these steps help, there may be a more complex issue. Consider reaching out to the manufacturer or online community dedicated to your specific printer model for further assistance. Good luck troubleshooting!

In the last picture, what axis is it located at?
they are all on the x axis
Hmm any chance oh nozzles catching on the print? is Z hop enabled?
i did a calibration cube and there was no layer shift
there is zhop but only for retraction not over the printed parts
i can try to change that and see if it changes something
Yeap cali cube might not show but sometimes if Z axis is no parellel it might cause it to catch
casue cali cube is only 20 20 20
like if the part warps or something?
yeah, warps, expands or even cause the X axis Gantry looks like \ or / instead of -
alright ill try that and report back, thanks for your help
sure no worries, best to see if layer shifts are consistant and have a pattern, if there is then it might be a bigger issue, if its random its probably just hitting stuff
@crystal nova i was thinking and realized there is no way z hop could help because that was the only part i was printing
There is Zhop during layer change but yeah thats another stupid setting
sometimes causes weird blobs and stuff
yeah same exact issue
