I want to print a cool looking crown, when i preview it on the prepare mode in the slicer it looks awesome but for some reason when i slice the model it deletes most of the key features like the crystals, eyes ,and other important stuff on the model. If anyone knows a fix that would be awesome and it would be greatly appreciated!!
#Can someone please help me fix this?

AI Help
It's possible that the slicer software is not recognizing the intricate details of your model properly. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check your model file: Make sure the model file itself is not corrupted or missing any details. If possible, try opening it in another software or repairing it using a 3D model repair tool.
-
Increase model resolution: In the slicer software, try increasing the resolution settings to a higher level. This might help capture smaller details more accurately during slicing.
-
Adjust printing parameters: Experiment with different slicing parameters such as layer height, print speed, and shell thickness. Sometimes, tweaking these settings can improve the fidelity of small details.
-
Use a different slicer software: If the issue persists, consider trying a different slicing software. Some slicers might handle complex models better and retain the fine details more effectively.
Remember to save backups of your model and experimen...

that is very weird, have you tried slicing with other slicers to confirm its a slicer thing and not a model thing?
