I got this Ender 3 V2 Neo about a month ago, two weeks it clogged mid print, I was trying to fix it for a whole week but I gave up and it's been laying dormant for a week. It's fully stock except for a capricorn tube that I added in hopes of fixing the issue. The issue is most likely heat creep, but the fans seem to be running alright and I don't see a reason why it would suddenly stop working like that.
#Ender 3 V2 Neo Clogging driving me crazy

I've tried two different PLA Filaments, and I don't think it's the filaments because I don't see how they'd both just start clogging at the same time (different companies, CC3D and Eryone)
When it clogs it usually starts printing in the air (no filament coming out)
It never makes spaghetti
.
.
😭
Is your nozzle clogged?
what is your nozzle temp
I've tried 200-215
Yeah
Btw it happens like an hour into a print
Yeah
I don't think that's it
could be that your printer is trying to push too much material into the nozzle
It's not a retraction issue
i do not mean retraction
there are several setting in your slicer that effect this
one of them being filament diameter
I've tried it on old gcode that printed perfectly before
if the old gcode still prints fine then there is a problem in your new gcode
It doesn't anymore
that means the printer is the problem
Yeah
try to find something on the internet as i don't have a ender 3
Could say disassemble you hotend and start checking everything that the filament touches
Swap the nozzle
Or try and heat it up and stick the little needle the printer came with through it
i've done that
Is that a ptfe lined hotend? If so, check if the ptfe tube is secure inside the hotend and has no play
If it slips up in the hot zone it creates a blob like the one in your picture. Check your tube fittings and look for missing retainer rings.
