I have an Ender 3 S1 Plus and every time I go to print, it keeps extruding during the preheat. I'm currently using PLA and I have set the nozzle temp to 200 degrees (Celsius) as a default but if I set it to lower to 190 it continues to extrude to early. I'm pretty sure I have the right nozzle size for the printer. Whatever is happening it eludes me. Honestly the bed Adhesion issue can wait till the nozzle is fixed. I might try upping the bed heat from 60 to 70. If you have any questions PLEASE ASK THEM!!! I really want this thing fixed, so I'll do anything to help you help me. Anything you can tell me will be well appreciated.

Based on the information you've provided, it seems like your printer is experiencing some issues with extrusion during the preheat phase. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check the filament: Ensure that the filament is loaded correctly and running smoothly through the extruder. It's possible that there may be a clog or blockage causing the extrusion problem.
-
Nozzle cleaning: Try cleaning the nozzle to remove any built-up debris or filament residue. You can use a nozzle cleaning kit or heat the nozzle to a high temperature to clear any blockages.
-
Retraction settings: Check your retraction settings in your slicing software. Improper retraction can result in extrusion issues. Try adjusting the retraction distance and speed to see if it makes a difference.
-
Check the hot end assembly: Make sure that all screws and components of the hot end assembly are properly tightened. Loose parts can lead to inconsistent extrusion.
-
Filament diameter: Confirm that ...

If a little bit of filament comes out then it's fine
A bit of filament dribble isn't gonna hurt anyone
Well it's not exactly just dribble it's more or less slowly extruding and starts clumping around the nozzle. I should have included that in the original post, sorry.
Is your extruder motor actually turning?
I'm not exactly sure what that is. I may be a little new. Had this thing for a few months before issues arose.
It could just be some filament dribbling out of the hotend
Well it comes out fast enough to start problems. How would I stop this?

Old filament can do this if its full of moisture.
