Filament is from microcenter PLA MATTE
I had it on the drier for 10 hours overnight and this still happened, fairly new roll about 1 month old.
I read something about the tension on the roller itself? but i couldn’t find a video on how to adjust it.
the spool itself unwinds fine and no tangles or knots
I don’t think it’s a clog, i’ve swapped to a brand new nozzle and this happens as well
Upped the temperature from previous attempt and slowed it down as well and it still happened.

It sounds like you have already taken a few troubleshooting steps, which is great. Since you mentioned that the filament unwinds fine without tangles or knots and that you have tried a new nozzle, it is less likely to be an issue with the filament or nozzle.

Considering that you have already adjusted the temperature and speed, it may be worth checking the extruder assembly for any mechanical issues. Sometimes, a loose or improperly tensioned filament roller can cause inconsistent extrusion or filament slipping. Although you couldn't find a video specific to your printer model, you can try searching for general extruder tension adjustment techniques that might apply.

Additionally, check for any obstructions in the extruder path, such as debris or partial clogs that may not be immediately visible. It's also worth inspecting the drive gear in the extruder to ensure it's clean and gripping the filament properly.

If you're still experiencing issues after these checks, it may be valua...
