After months of testing, I've found that even though my E-steps are supposed to be 431, i have to set my e-steps to 455 and my extrusion multiplier to 0.79 to get a decent print. i really need some help. i dont know whats going on but i know that my printer isnt supposed to be that high on e-steps and that low for extrusion multiplier.

Also this is happening on my prints, but my bed is leveled.

I have an Ender 3 Pro with a sprite pro extruder, crtouch, 4.2.7 board, and linear rails
using prusa slicer

It seems like you have already done some troubleshooting on your own, which is great. Inconsistent extrusion can have multiple causes, and it often requires some trial and error to find the best settings for your specific printer. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Calibrate your extruder: Start by ensuring your extruder steps/mm are set correctly. You can find tutorials online that guide you through the steps of calibrating your extruder e-steps. It's essential to have this set accurately since it directly affects your filament extrusion.

  2. Check filament diameter: Confirm that the filament diameter you have set in your slicing software matches the actual diameter of your filament. Inaccurate filament diameter can affect extrusion.

  3. Clean and check the nozzle: A clogged or partially blocked nozzle can lead to inconsistent extrusion. Clean the nozzle thoroughly and ensure it is free from any debris or filament remnants.

  4. Filament quality: Low-quality or inconsistent fila...

Gotchu. I just personally found that tool quicker kek

Flow determines the wall thickness either way. That's where calipers are used for precise extrusion tuning

How did you tune your flow and e-steps to get to where you are now?
