You nozzle is too far from the bed

#

Clean the nozzle and remove any plastic until its flush, use a normal piece of paper and place its under the nozzle and do you z offset, you want you paper to have a bit of resistance

Also clean you bed with isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth

you are way too high off the bed to be printing.. re-home and then set your z offset
